I want to be there for my kids. I believe that they love to share their successes and their challenges with me. I help them thorough tough times and the good times are so much more enjoyable when you share them with the people you love most. My life has been very painful much of the past 15 years. Selfishly, I wouldn’t mind dying. No more pain for me. But I would hate to think of my kids missing time with their Dad. I don’t want to eliminate my pain only to transfer it to my kids.
